This is real beef jerky. Taste and texture are perfect! Would recommend to anyone who loves great tasting jerky!
This has to be the best Jerky I have ever eaten. I love the large slabs and the thickness. Perfect. My first purchase was the Hot & Spicy. I liked it so well, I’ve just recently made second order for same and added some other flavors to try. You guys knocked it out of the park!

Not a fan of the Original. I'm sure most people love it but I prefer the dry tough style jerky and this has more moisture and has a sweet taste which I'm not a fan of at all. The Old Fashioned get 8 out of 5 stars from me. lol
Excellent choice if you like spicy!
The Ghost Pepper variety is my favorite. It brings good heat and a good flavor as well.
Scorpion came in second place for me, as it also has a good flavor with a strong sense of heat.
Reaper variety has the best heat but the worst flavor. Not that it is a bad flavor, just not as good as the other two.
Overall, if you like spicy jerky, this is a great sampler that you could definitely use as a reference for future orders!
Did not expect it to be so crunchy other that that it was fine. Is that why they call it Cowboy jerky

This is good but I prefer the slab jerky (I like the chew). However, this is my husband's favorite. It's dry, almost brittle, but still has a few veins of fat marbled through. Great flavor and I never hesitate to steal some once my bag is gone.
Ordered this for my husband who loves hatch chile everything and loves the Old Fashioned Original. Not bad but won't order it again.
It's expensive but it's my favorite. I should subscribe and save some money but I can't regularly justify the cost. I order a few bags every couple months or so. I have zero self control around this stuff, so I can't have it in the house more often. Lol. I do think the size of the "slabs" has decreased over the years, shrinkflation, but I'll still continue to order.
I liked it but didn't think it was much different from the Carne Seca.
One of my all-time favorites! Dried to peppery perfection. 10/10
The last few orders I've received seem to be less salty and not as dry as they used to be.

It is pretty spicy - I would say maybe 5 on a 10 point scale. Also, quite tough compared to the more mainstream jerky companies, but these are things that I enjoy about this jerky. It feels more artisan and has amazing flavor.
Good texture. Typically I like the carne seca which is very dry but this is certainly more moist but still has a good mouth feel and texture more like the carne seca. Good flavor. A little oily but that's expected given the seasoning. I would personally prefer if they offered this in a hotter variety. But overall a winner
For snacking and to get me through in between meals when I get hunger pangs, I always have a pack next to me on the couch! I also make sure to have it available on long drives! It's delicious!
