    Awesome flavor!!!

Talk about bringing back memories of eating jerky working with my grandfather on his ranch. The flavor was amazing and was gone before I knew it!

    Incredible

I didn't know what to expect with an uncommon flavor like dill, but damn this one knocked it out of the park. They start off a bit dry, but once your saliva started rehydrating the jerky, the flavor comes to life. What i noticed is that my fingers were greasy after handling the jerky. Upon closer inspection, it appears that they add extra fat somehow on/in the jerky, which gets dehydrated along with the meat. (perhaps dunking in beef tallow?) This helps to explode the flavors of the herbs and spices all over the tongue. I went through a 1lb bag in a week and have already ordered more. People's choice test kitchen, keep doing big things!

    Delicious

Extra thick cuts of 100% American Beef are seasoned with a blend of garlic, dill, white vinegar, mustard seed, black peppercorns and sea salt then slow-cooked for a minimum of 5 hours to craft the best beef jerky.

A delicious blend of all-natural umami flavors are finished with a tangy bite. No BS, just moist, tender cuts and a marinade inspired by briny, tangy pickles.
