Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we hope you love our products as much as we do, we know things don't always work out, so we offer a Happiness 100% Guarantee.
If you don't love the product you purchased, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll make the refund, replacement or exchange easy. To initiate, simply email us at info@peopleschoicebeefjerky.com or call us at 213-627-8633 (6:00am-2:30pm PST, Monday-Friday). If we approve your refund, a credit will be applied to the credit card used to make the payment. Please note it may take a few business days to reflect the refund on your card statements.
Please note: there are certain exceptions that apply. Specifically:
- The product must have been purchased directly from us though one of the following channels: our Amazon page, Walmart, via our website or physically at our location. If you purchased the product from a third party, please contact that seller or retailer to resolve your issue.
- You must ensure that you entered your shipping details correctly and you must verify that there is no chance the product will be returned for a bad delivery address. For orders placed through Amazon, please first resolve any shipping or delivery issues directly with Amazon customer service.

In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by People's Choice Beef Jerky. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
