Tougher to chew yet good flavour
Liked the subtleness to the seasoning, not so peppery that it is hot.
Good chew to the jerky, didn't disintegrate and wasn't a simple chew and swallow.
I mixed this with the original in a smaller bag to cut the greasy feel of the original.
