2. Peanut butter & Banana Sandwich
Nostalgically delicious and simple, the peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole-grain bread is a go-to snack when in a rush out the door. When properly sourced (or made), protein bars can be one of the best snacks available. They fit in your pocket and are packed with various essential vitamins and nutrients.
