Sometimes you want a bit of variation when it comes to a strict high protein, low-carb diet such as a keto or carnivore diet. This is a unique spin on a traditional waffle - in fact, it's called a "paffle" because it's made from pork rinds. Comprised of ingredients solely from an animal, this will be your new favorite version of a traditional breakfast recipe.

This breakfast meal usually consists of a fried egg in a slice of bread. This is a twist on a classic favorite. Instead of bread, ground beef is used. 5. Korean Steamed Egg

If you're in the mood to try something new, this Korean-inspired recipe is unique and delicious. This dish is reminiscent of a wonderfully custardy Korean steamed egg known as Gyeran-Jjim. We've also added some our Machaca for an added level of protein and salt.

      It may sounds crazy, but this recipe is truly as simple as scrambling eggs with salmon. All you need to do is whisk eggs in a bowl and pour onto a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Stir gently until they start to set. Once the eggs are done, add the smoked salmon and you are set!
