    Great idea for a gift
    Got one free as part of the perks of being a Rewards member and figured I'd send it over to my dad. He ended up loving it and asking when he was getting some more. Said the package it was shipped in was pretty cool as well. Great idea for a tasty gift for your loved ones.

    I love this!
    I have sent these as a gift a number of times, and they are always a hit! The handwritten card they include is great! The old fashioned beef jerky is the best, cleanest product, no sugar, additives, or fillers! This jerky gram is amazing, and the customer service is top-notch!

      Despite the product being placed in an Gift Envelop and then place into another box, the Gift packaging and greetings card inside were both bent. This was due to the Jerky Gram being shipping in a package with 3 more 1 lbs bags of jerky. I get wanting to save money on shipping, but not when it damages your own product.

      The Jerky was fine though.

      Nice freebie

      Apparently this was free on my account, but it was not offered to me until i contacted someone. I did get it, but unfortunately i am not a fan of the old fashioned.

      Great jerky is hard to find, but one that has a great customer success team is rare!

      The jerky offerings are great and while I’m not a fan of all their flavors I have found a few that I come back for. Sweet Chili Habanero is a top choice! More importantly, what I appreciate and value is their customer success team. They value me as a loyal customer and are so amazing at making things right. I’ve had a couple hiccups, one with quality and the other where the package was open (at the bottom) and they sent me a replacement right away. Big shout out to their customer success team member, Valerie who has helped me on both occasions. If you’re someone who likes good quality jerky, big flavor and top tier customer service - give them a try!
