This peppered jerky has a little sweetness to it, a strong peppery flavor, and a perfect blend of flavor that just keeps me coming back for more. The meat is tender, and it has more of a flavor experience than a chew experience. The shipping was fast, and the packaging was awesome. I knew my jerky was here when it arrived.

Can’t go wrong with this. Pretty much suits everyone’s jerky pallet. Plenty savory, just a little spicy, and just a little sweet. Tender too. Perfect as a gift or share it with the people in the office to spread good cheer. I’ve had everything from PC, and this is a great example of their craft.

Like all of PC jerky, this is very fresh and not processed, which is evident in the taste and texture. This has the perfect amount of pepper to give it great flavor but not too much heat. Beef is tender has such a great taste. Keep it coming!

I loved this flavor! I think it might be my favorite one that I have tried. It’s super tender and flavorful, and not quite as dry as the classic and old fashioned. It’s got a little bit of spice, a nice pepper flavor, but not too overwhelming. Buying a big bag next!

This is the third one pound bag of peppered I've ordered. The first two bags I ordered and initially found through Amazon. After I fell in love with your product I now order direct. I've also tried your orange honey teriyaki jerky which is also delicious. Tried the pepper lime I believe it was and it left me hanging. Thought it could use more spice or maybe salt. Regardless of that the peppered beef jerky is outstanding and I will be buying more in the future. I was telling a friend I have in New Zealand about what she's missing and sent her a 6oz. Bag of the peppered...I'm positive she will love it. Peoples choice beef jerky is definitely Los Angeles gold.
