Similar to crack slaw, yet slightly different. This keto egg roll in a bowl recipe uses our Mini Beef Sticks as an added protein boost. We opted to use the Sea Salt & Pepper, though. If you're feeling spicy, we'd recommend using the Extra Hot flavor. Both are packed with 6g of protein, 7g of fat, and 0 carbohydrates making them an excellent protein option for this easy keto recipe.
Not only is this recipe low carb and delicious, but it also comes together in just about 15 minutes. And that's total time–assuming you can find your way around the kitchen. Don't worry. We believe in you and your knife skills.
The Process
First, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl and reserve for drizzling. We prefer Kewpie Mayo, but any will do.
Heat the neutral oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add in the minced garlic and ginger and cook while stirring, not to burn until fragrant—about 30 seconds.
Add in the mini beef sticks and cook for 30 more seconds.
Add in the coleslaw mix and cook for 3-5 minutes, until slightly wilted.
Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir to combine—season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sriracha mayo drizzle, sesame seeds, and thinly sliced green onions.
