    Perfect seasoning

    For shelf stable beef sticks, this is tastes better and has better texture than others. It’s a nice level of spice, but they are still a little greasier than I would have liked.

    Not really pepperoni…

    The flavor has little resemblance to pepperoni to me. There’s an intense flavor of anise (I’m not a fan) and to me pepperoni isn’t hot (spicy hot) and yet this jerky is very spicy.
