This jerky has just the perfect amount of moisture in it to make it easily chewable but not gooey like some store-bought brands. The spices provide the perfect amount of heat - medium - full of flavor, as opposed to just being hot for the sake of hot. There is no gristle, no sugar, and only a tiny amount of fat. It doesn't get any better than this. My quest for the perfect all beef low sugar snack is complete. Well done!

The beef is not too dry, so it retains an excellent beefy flavor. It has a nice chew consistency while still being tender. The heat is perfect: It is present but doesn't overwhelm the flavor. The seasoning is perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of great chili taste, with a bright limon accent.

I love this jerky! No sweet at all. Savory and hot pepper, with a zip of lime. This is a staple in our house. Dry, not sticky or moist. Easy grab and go snack when I’m on the job or too busy to bother with a meal.

I love this jerky. Seriously. The texture is tender-ish. It has a bite but it's a love bite. It has a sweetness but it's sweet like your third-grade girlfriend--enough to make you feel loved but still willing to arm wrestle with you. And the lime just brings a bit of summer to your mouth like your first really lovely, tentative kiss. Take your time with it. Don't rush in too fast. Save your ravenous hunger for something else and savor this jerky like really expensive bourbon or memories of the one that got away.
