Meat perfection

This jerky has just the perfect amount of moisture in it to make it easily chewable but not gooey like some store-bought brands. The spices provide the perfect amount of heat - medium - full of flavor, as opposed to just being hot for the sake of hot. There is no gristle, no sugar, and only a tiny amount of fat. It doesn't get any better than this. My quest for the perfect all beef low sugar snack is complete. Well done!

A family favorite

The beef is not too dry, so it retains an excellent beefy flavor. It has a nice chew consistency while still being tender. The heat is perfect: It is present but doesn't overwhelm the flavor. The seasoning is perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of great chili taste, with a bright limon accent.

Savory heat

I love this jerky! No sweet at all. Savory and hot pepper, with a zip of lime. This is a staple in our house. Dry, not sticky or moist. Easy grab and go snack when I’m on the job or too busy to bother with a meal.

Nice spice!

This isn’t what I expected, but it’s really really good! I expected initial heat, but instead notice a great flavor followed a little ‘after burn.’ It is a very dry jerky, which I prefer. This is a tasty one! It surprised me!! Try it!

Love This one

Yes I have eaten to much and got sick, its that good. Spice is just right.

3 bags so far, last one was the least favored. Taste was still there. Fat is minimal to zero. The thickness is hard to judge , because its so moist and tender.

The complete I did have is that some of the pieces were really tough to even try to chew. I sucked the flavor off and spit out the meat. Usually not the case. The tenderness of this is out of this word.
