Best Jerky I have found
They make the best in general in my opinion. Garlic ginger is my favorite. Oddly enough their is no ginger in it. I can however read all the ingredients without sounding them out. So that's good

My favorite so far
I’m set on trying all of the flavors here, but I’ve purchased 3 1lbs bags of this one. It’s not listed as being very dry or firm, but it actually has a good amount of dryness or firmness in my opinion…a good amount of chewing is involved here. Not too sweet. Sometimes I feel like they could use a little less sodium, but looking at the label, the sodium content isn’t very high, maybe it’s just the soy sauce flavor. Either way, this is my favorite right now.
