Try This!
I love garlic and I love ginger. This is very similar to the Korean BBQ from the test kitchen without the seeds. The flavor is not overpowering. It's just right. I'm buying the pound bag next time. Go get a bag once they restock it!

Better than teriyaki
Most sweet jerky don't appeal to me but the focus on garlic and ginger really set this flavor. A bit of red pepper flakes would improve it, but that's just my preference.

Best Jerky I have found
They make the best in general in my opinion. Garlic ginger is my favorite. Oddly enough their is no ginger in it. I can however read all the ingredients without sounding them out. So that's good
