Family favorite

A bag can be INHALED in super short order. Not overly moist, not super sweet, great texture. Probably the best teriyaki type jerky I've had because it doesn't emphasize sweetness. The garlic & ginger together make this the jerky that even those who are mild about beet jerky will want more. They just get it right!

A+ flavor

A very nice garlicky, Asian flavor. Almost teriyaki, but not quite. Sesame oil definitely shines through. Sweet, but not overly so. Overall wonderful addition.

CAN I GIVE THIS 10 STARS???

Imagine my complete shock when my taste buds started doing a happy dance. GARLIC GINGER, like who even came up with this?? It's so good that my mouth is starting to water just thinking about it. GET YOU SOME!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Nice balance of garlic and ginger

Like most PCBJ offerings, this one has a nice blend of garlic and ginger that does not overwhelm the true flavor of the beef, Tender and meaty, this product has a freshness that keeps one wanting even more. Pairs very well with beer or red wine.

Tough batch?

Have had several bags of this. Last two were a little tough. I like dry when it crunches, but the last two big bags seemed tougher than in the past.
