    Great for backpacking

    While we like People's Choice in general for snacks while backpacking, machaca is especially perfect for our needs. We tend to eat a lot of dehydrated foods to which we add boiling water, and we can add this to nearly everything for extra flavor and protein. Also great for cooking huevos con machaca at home.
