    People's choice is my choice

    This is my third pound of Carne Seca and it is just as good as the first one. I like it so much better than regular beef jerky. The Hatch Green Chile is just right, along with the saltiness, and the dry texture and consistency. Makes me think of northern New Mexico. I have to ration myself. Thanks.

    Very flavorful

    I really enjoyed this flavor. It’s spicy but not hot. When you want a snack it’s definitely one I will reach for. I want to try a few more this jerkey is very good and enjoyable
