I love the flavor journey the Hatch Green Chile takes me on. It's super smooth, and the spice level was just enough that it brings a depth of flavor. Rating out of 10? I'd give it a 15.

While I enjoy pretty much any People's Choice jerky flavor, Carne Seca, for me, is my all-time favorite. Not sweet at all, a bit of heat, but not really spicy, it just has the right spices and vinegar flavor for my taste. I buy several pounds at a time and share it with friends and family and have never heard a complaint. Even my young kids, who are semi picky eaters, will munch on the Carne Seca flavor.
