I love the flavor journey the Hatch Green Chile takes me on. It's super smooth, and the spice level was just enough that it brings a depth of flavor. Rating out of 10? I'd give it a 15.

I like to eat this one with the Nashville hot jerky. I love the hotness of the Nashville hot, but then I take a bite of this and it cools my mouth off.
