HIGH IN PROTEIN
This is one of my favorite kinds of jerky PCBJ makes. I love how dry and tough it is, the amount in it lasts us weeks, and I love that there is NO sugar or additives, all basic ingredients you can pronounce. Their selection is plentiful; I can't wait to try the other flavors.
Jerky lover's dream
The texture of the jerky is perfect, balanced with a very natural feel, with large cuts of meat and a sense that it comes from a craftsman-style process. Since initially trying it, I have enrolled in the subscription program. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of jerky, and the rewards program is a nice benefit. I encourage anyone who is looking for a sugar-less, natural, craftsman-style jerky produced by a family-owned business to give it a try.
Best of the flavors
Just the right amount of spicy without needing to call the Fire Dept! The dry texture is different than grocery store jerky, and it's a better choice for me.

Thick cuts of 100% American Beef are seasoned with a rich medley of natural spices—crushed red pepper, black peppercorns, sea salt, and smoked paprika (no sugar added)—then slow cooked for a minimum of five hours. The cowboy-style cuts of jerky enhance the rich meat flavor for a thick jerky with a great chew.
This is authentic jerky, handcrafted in an old time style. This is not a moist jerky, each thick piece has a chewy steak-like texture with an extra pop of heat from the crushed red pepper.
