I have tried TONS of jerkies over the years. Up until today, my favorite was made by a friend of mine, but he would only make it like once a year. I swear this is the same exact recipe, and I can get it any time! Subbed for a couple of bags! Heat is there, but with great flavor - not just stupid hot!

This is the best beef jerky I've ever had. The quality of the meat and flavor is top-notch. I've never had Nashville Hot Chicken, but this jerky makes me want to try some too! The kick of the cayenne will leave your mouth blazing hot.
Depth of pepper flavors are amazing
This jerky is Hot Hot Hot. Some hot things are a chemical hot that leave your taste buds numb. This jerky has so much depth of different pepper flavors you don’t realize how hot it is. And then it is. Deliciously yummy but be careful!

Thick cuts of 100% American Beef are lacquered with a spicy paste of cayenne pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Once infused with the blistering heat, the jerky is slow cooked for a minimum of five hours. The meat soaks up the fiery spice blend which translates into the final dried product leaving an after burn that scorches the senses.
