This is the best tough beef jerky! This is truly what I think of when I’m wanting beef jerky. Not the sticky stuff. This is fantastic. The only downfall is I liked it so much I ate the entire 16-ounce bag in a week. Phenomenal beef jerky. Thank you so much for making jerky like this!

This is our favorite beef jerky by far. Spent far too much time looking for the type of unadulterated plain salted dry beef jerky they used to have everywhere in the 1970s-80s. Everything was too wet, soft, or had too much sugar or other flavor additives in it. This is the real deal.
Thick cuts of 100% American Beef are seasoned with a rich medley of natural spices—black peppercorns, sea salt, and smoked paprika (no sugar added)—then slow cooked for a minimum of five hours. The cowboy-style cuts of jerky enhance the rich meat flavor for a thick jerky with a great chew.
This is authentic jerky, handcrafted in an old time style. This is not a moist jerky, each thick piece has a chewy steak-like texture.
