This peppered jerky has a little sweetness to it, a strong peppery flavor, and a perfect blend of flavor that just keeps me coming back for more. The meat is tender, and it has more of a flavor experience than a chew experience. The shipping was fast, and the packaging was awesome. I knew my jerky was here when it arrived.

Can’t go wrong with this. Pretty much suits everyone’s jerky pallet. Plenty savory, just a little spicy, and just a little sweet. Tender too. Perfect as a gift or share it with the people in the office to spread good cheer. I’ve had everything from PC, and this is a great example of their craft.

Like all of PC jerky, this is very fresh and not processed, which is evident in the taste and texture. This has the perfect amount of pepper to give it great flavor but not too much heat. Beef is tender has such a great taste. Keep it coming!
