2 LBS Ground Beef 85% Lean, 15 % Fat

1 (2.5oz) bag of People’s Choice Beef Jerky Nashville Hot Jerky

2 Medium Size Onions

3 cans (145 oz) Diced, Fire Roasted Tomatoes

1 can (15.5oz) Kidney Beans

1 can (15.5oz) Cannellini Beans

1 can (15.5oz) Black Beans

1 can (6oz) Tomato Paste

1 TBSP Smoked Paprika

1 TBSP Cumin

Salt and Pepper to Taste


1. Heat pan to medium heat and add chopped onions.

2. Once onions are cooked (slightly brown and translucent) add 2 LBS of ground beef.

3. Cook until the hamburger is cooked through.

4. Add 3 cans of fire roasted tomatoes.

5. Add 1 can of tomato paste.

6. Open and rinse beans under water using a colander.

7. Add 3 cans (kidney, cannellini and black beans) to pot. 

8. Add 1 TBSP of smoked paprika and 1 TBSP of cumin.

9. Add salt and pepper to taste.

10. Turn stove to low and let simmer for 1 hour.

11. Cut Nashville Hot beef jerky into as small as pieces as possible and add to pot!

12. Serve and enjoy!
