Fill a small cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, lime juice, and sweetener. Close and shake vigorously. Strain into a rimmed glass filled with ice and top off with the sparkling water. Garnish with lime wedges and enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 large jalapeno 
  • 3 oz lime flavored sparkling water 
  • 2 1/2 tsp Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener  
  • Lime wedge
  • Coarse salt or Tajin 

Instructions:

Start by muddling the jalapeno slices with the lime juice at the bottom of a cocktail shaker or pitcher. Add the tequila, sweetener, sparkling water and ice. Shake. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass. Dip in tajin. Add ice to the glass and pour the margarita mixture over ice. Garnish with jalapeno slices and lime wedges. Enjoy!

Start by making a keto simply syrup. Add 1/3 cup water and the powdered erythritol to a small saucepan. Stir to combine and heat until boiling. Remove from heat to cool. Add rest of ingredients to a cocktail shaker, including the cooled simple syrup and shake. Fill a glass of ice and pour margarita mixture over. Garnish with sliced cucumbers and enjoy!
