I want to give this more stars, and it probably deserves it. I couldn’t quite place the Carne Seca ones…. It seemed like something was missing, but I loved the dryness, these two were the dryest of all.

Not for everyone.. and that's alright.
There's more for me. It's thick, and dry. Snaps with a pof of dust dry. Flavor over the several bags I've tried have been SUPER mild. This last bag had the most chili forward profile of them all, and it was by NO means hot. PCBJ has perfected this type of jerky if it's what you're looking for too.
